How do you perform your ritual?

I used to be quite extensive in my preparations with rituals, but now I simply cleanse myself with blessed salt water and my essential oil of choice. I commence the ritual, set out offerings such as apples covered in nutmeg and cinnamon or honey with wine outside for the universe. It's simplistic enough for me, since I have a hard time focusing, this keeps my mind from wondering too much and I can channel the energy much more accurately.
