How do you perform your ritual?

I do most of my rituals usually alone but occasionally i practice with someone. I am a out doors type of witch and I do ritual outside even in the dead of Winter r in a Severe Thunderstorm which all add power to my rituals. I have a third degree but I dont like a degree process. I think no matter what you are as strong as a high priestess or priest as long as you can will it.
