How do you perform your ritual?

Growing up Catholic instilled me with three basic emotional reactions to the idea of any religious service or ritual: puzzlement, suspicion and a deep desire to be elsewhere. I prefer to show gratitude and appreciation to my powers-that-be by enjoying what I've got to the fullest. Periods of meditation and introspection are just that. My ''rituals" usually involve a crab appetizer and a glass of something, while watching a three + star thriller. Gives me peace with the worlds.
