Dreams

I have vivid dreams. 

I Remember any dream as well as any waking moment. Every dream I have is in color, feels real, each dreams even has a theme or setting, sometimes I can tell the type of dream I have just by the feeling I get right before I have it. 

I feel that some are past lives, others astral like travel into unusual places, others may be me seeing through another's eyes. 

Is anyone familiar with this process, what is the application of this ability?
