MM,Mine is a Wolf! I have a Wolf/Husky mix,She is Red Wolf.Being part Cheyenne/Arapaho,it was also refered to in my Given Cheyenne name,'Lonewolf,Which is also my Magick/Circle.but with a 've'at the end,it also coincides with the the numbers 4 & 6! Brightest Blessings!!! =)))). I also have a Griffin as a Astral Protector!

You are not meant to own your Totem!, as a pet The Totem Spirit is your Mentor. Your guide along the way.I see such disrespect among the lot! So special the relationship to have a Totem to actually guide you,count yourself worthy.

And who would want to keep them as a pet, they deserve better.

Dreams play a crucial role if your relationship has been maintained on the spiritual level however if there has been contact in the real world and your guide is wild by all means don't try to catch it.leave small offerings of food. Just to be clear my friends...I was simply connecting Mundane Gifts,to Spiritual understanding,& leaderships. This Pet,I prefer to call Her a part of my Soul,as well as Family,the word pet is so impersonal. I have learned much by watching Dancer,that it is almost unbelievable!!! As for my Guide,It happens to be a Wolf,There are many times It walks with me,Wether it be the wind blowing alongside me as I wolk thru the woods,or something in a vision,dream(day,or night.) I tend to think that no one owns anything,we are meant to learn from,Bless others with,these things. I dont own my children,the air I breath,the grass I lay in as I meditate,so no disrespect is meant,niether implied. Blessed Be!! =))
