I'm not completly sure if i understand your topic. Ever watche Xena Warrior Princess? Demons of many kinds are treated there in a rather serious way. I do believe in the shadow among us all. I think we all have an unconsious conection with a trickster figure who can be called up. Carl Jung junkie, the shared shadow is collective. Shadow is not necessasarily evil, just there. We must face this. If it manifests strongly in a figure , perhaps it is outside of ourselves and we can label it as a Demon.

But then we all have choice to deal with with part of ourselves. The thought of a Demon Age in the past is very interesting and I'd Iike to know more.

Ahhh, Buffy is one of my all-time favorite shows, second only to Angel.

I don't know if the Demon Age is real or something they just made up for the show, but I do know that some mythologies do refer to different ages. I think the Greeks (or Romans, or both) had a Golden Age, followed by a couple other ages whose names I can't remember. I haven't read up on any of this stuff for a while, so can't really say much more than that. But I am interested in seeing how this discussion pans out.

Ok... so i may be a little stupid but i asked my husband what he knew about it. He says that the demon age was a time when demons were free to rome the earth. "They hadn't been locked behind the bars of hell yet" he says.My husband is a damn knowledge sponge, so i take his word for it. what does every one else think?

200 hundred years during or after the Demon age magickal half human half demon beings were created and were known as Teutonic Warlords with 7 in total. Some say that in every 100 years a Warlord is born.

And the funny thing is The warlord's curse is basically the way some ancient cultures gained status, as the Necromongers nicely put it, "You get what you kill." And if you kill a person with warlordic abilities you become a warlord. And it's with for all of the rest of your reincarnations, so until you are a warlord and you get killed sometime in another life, you are free of the warlord curse, but your killer is. And it goes on and on and on...

Necromongers? Who are they? The name is familiar, I think I heard it in a movie somewhere.

As a Demonolator and Satanist, I have to say that no Demons have mentioned this to me. I believe that this is a case of too much TV.
