Who are your favorite dancers?

Who have you seen and just loved? Who do you hope to see? Know of any up and coming greats?

I have some world famous favorites and some local favorites for sure. Rachel Brice, Zoe Jakes, Mardi Love and Tempest top my famous faves. I have had the chance to meet and take workshops with all of these lovely ladies and they are all just awesome.
We have a huge bellydance community here in Utah (go figure) so I have quite a few local favorites Many of them are close friends of mine and I do my best to see them dance any chance I get. If you search youtube, you can find quite a few of them there. First and foremost I had better list my daughter...yeah I am pretty proud of her, so I better say she is my favorite. She goes by Dahlia. Then there is my teacher Kairo, one of the best tribal fusion dancers out there. She can dance to ANYTHING. Then Dragomi and Nepenthe, their style is Urbun Fusion, dark and dragonlike...LOVE IT. Sharavar, Kashmir, Barefoot Bellydance, Amina, and Blue Lotus...just to name a few.

They are truly FABULOUS! And Rachel is so stinkin sweet. I could not believe it. She was talking to me and all I could do was sit there awestruck...wow. I am a dork for sure.
