PAGAN AND MIGHT BECOME HOMELESS-- WHAT DO I DO????

Hey guys-

  Sorry to do this. But I am having a real problem here! I live in Seattle, WA, USA. I have been living in the same apartment building since October of 2001. Then in 2010 the original management sold the building and a new management took over. Ever since then I have had no end of problems. It started when the then managerial assistant came to do an inspection and a friend of mine whom had been staying overnight was there. From that time until she left I was constantly getting guest policy violation notices on my door. That manager assistant is now gone. But that isn't it. After that we started getting resident services coordinators. The first one started in on me because due to having cerebral palsy I don't wear shoes unless I am going out of the building. The second one somehow found out that I am pagan and started harassing me. Also there is a tenant on my floor whom every time I come into contact with him is intoxicated {btw I don't go into this person's apartment; this happens in the common area} whom the first time I saw him literally asked me if I am retarded because I am physically handicapped {and btw my alarm bells went off at that point}. Dr says that I need to move due to lack of QOL {plus other things}. I don't get chronically depressed usually. But I am at a point where I don't feel safe and the situation is getting to me. I'm looking at new apartments. But the problem is that my dr wrote another letter to the landlord that {in plain English} says that due to some clauses in the rules {specifically the guest policy} my quality of life is in jeopardy. I need to submit it. But if I do then I'm concerned that if I do then I could end up either with an eviction notice on my door or the thing of "when are you going to move"? I have a friend who is a Catholic priest. But I kind of want to avoid churches and church orgs if possible. Any ideas??
