Seeing shadows..

Hello to who ever is reading this im new here not to sure how this works but, i have been needing some one to talk to about something that has been happening to me. i want to say sorry ahead of time if this is confusing its hard to explain. anyway ever since i was younger i have been able to see shadows and the dead (only able to see the dead in my dreams) but a month or so ago i had a experience that really shook me up. ok... i was sleeping and woke up and wasnt able to move or speak i felt as if something was holding me down i tried so hard to yell out to my boyfriend and tired to wake him up but i couldnt i started to hear a voice but couldnt make out what it was saying then from the corner of my eye i saw something black come up from the floor and was just standing by the side of my bed then this mass of blackness started to cover the was and was coming towards me to the point where it was almost hovering above me finally i got control of my body and started screaming my boyfriend woke up and the shadow went up into the the ceiling and was gone. i was so scared i couldnt stop crying it was a feeling i have never felt before. i have had experiences before where i wake up and cant move or speak and i have seen a shadow but it always just stays in one spot it has never came towards me and it has never felt the way it did. well ever since then i have this feeling that there is something in my apartment like i feel like something is watching me and when im in the dark there is something in my face i dont know how to explain it. also when im laying in bed i sometimes have trouble sleeping because i start to hear voices that i cant make out and i see shadows going across my ceiling.

i dont know what is going on i have never felt this way before. it never use to scare me but know it feels different. also im a beginner all i have been doing is researching and meditating so i dont thing i brought anything in i havent done any rituals or cast anything.

again i am so sorry if this is confusing i havent told anyone about this besides my boyfriend i just need some advice....
