I need some ideas

Well i am in alot of pain right now and i wanted to know if anyone knew any chants to help relieve pain. Not get rid of it fully but just relieve some of it.

Dont know about chanting but I find arnica oil helps alot. Its natural and soothing and works for all sorts of aches and pains

you can use crystals also for healing.
