i was in the backyard turning soil in preparation for Spring planting when something landed next to my shovel. i paused to look and immediately questioned, "who's throwing things"? When i moved in to get a closer look at the object the question "is someone trying to poison my dog" came to mind. i grabbed the meat and jumped up onto the planter box to look over into the neighbors yard and saw no one. The caws of birds overhead caught my attention. As i watched a flock of seagulls circle in the air they cocked their heads in flight to peer with me. The presence of sea birds in this area is uncommon. i looked at the meat in my hand and realized that the best these people have to throw at me is processed beef, at that which the seagulls will not eat. Seagulls will swallow anything whole! My questions were answered, no one was throwing anything and although no one may be deliberately trying to kill Our dog, or so i may think, that yes there is some kind of poison mixed into the beef. High fructose corn syrup, genetically modified at that, combined with the swine and mixed in with some kind of chicken fat is exactly that - the poison. Cattle are raised on a growth hormone, chicken and pigs are fed GM corn and the franks are flavored with GM high fructose corn syrup. Hotdogs are filled with more toxins than one may think and the fact that Our seagulls were flying around with a hotdog that had only been pecked at is quite unique considering i have only ever seen them gobble up any tasty treat they happen to find on the street.

In the moment that the hotdog landed next to me i was covering the basics in what i need. i was thinking through the next best things that i may begin to do. This gift from above, this omen, tells me much more than just these things. Look at the shit being fed to Our people by those who consider themselves Human Beings. Worms have the capacity to do what they do and, at that, if not even a seagull will eat of this food then it is not fit for the worms nor any garden bed. If it's not fit for The Earth then it has no place as anything other than toxic waste. Everything this peoples society is pushing in the scene is tainted, makes me sick to my stomach, and urges me to turn everyone green.

Think about this: when others will stop and everyone continues to enable the slop, then there is no change. As all kinds of toxic and genetically modified food is pushed on everyone as good yet is proven to be of ill-health, and everyone knows, and they do not stop, then the very nature of each individuals cause becomes an attempt on Our LIFE which can no longer be seen as a case of manslaughter. The World of people already know about the ill-effect of genetically modified food. So, what is up, other than this flock of seagulls?

i find that on this first day of the new year, Wikipedia cites this Miwok Mythology of the seagull and the raven:

               via -    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_depictions_of_ravens

The raven also has a prominent role in the mythologies of the Indiginous Peoples of The Pacific Northwest Coast, including the Tsimishian, Haida, Heiltsuk, Tlingit, Kwakwaka'wakw, Coast Salish, Koyukons, and Inuit. The raven in these indigenous peoples' mythology is the Creator of The World, but it is also considered a trickster god. For instance, in Tlingit Culture, there are two different raven characters which can be identified, although they are not always clearly differentiated. One is the creator raven, responsible for bringing the world into being and who is sometimes considered to be the individual who brought light to the darkness. The other is the childish raven, always selfish, sly, conniving, and hungry.

"When the Great Spirit created all things he kept them separate and stored in cedar boxes. The Great Spirit gifted these boxes to the animals who existed before humans. When the animals opened the boxes all the things that comprise the world came into being. The boxes held such things as mountains, fire, water, wind and seeds for all the plants. One such box, which was given to Seagull, contained all the light of the world. Seagull coveted his box and refused to open it, clutching it under his wing. All the people asked Raven to persuade Seagull to open it and release the light. Despite begging, demanding, flattering and trying to trick him into opening the box, Seagull still refused. Finally Raven became angry and frustrated, and stuck a thorn in Seagull's foot. Raven pushed the thorn in deeper until the pain caused Seagull to drop the box. Then out of the box came the sun, moon and stars that brought light to the world and allowed the first day to begin."

Here is also Lir, The Sea God of Celtic lore:

                via: http://retrorpg.wordpress.com/2011/05/03/lovecraft-lir-and-the-cele...

"The seagull is associated with Lira Sea-God in Celtic lore. Like many birds, the seagull flies between the earth and the “heaven” world, bringing messages from the Gods to mortals. Gulls are highly intelligent with a complex social structure developed partly to ward off predators and can represent feelings of safety and the security of home in certain dream interpretations."
