talking to people in your sleep

For the last 10 years or more or longer can't remember iv talked to this man and sometimes the people that come with him, last night was first night sleep without him thanks to mugwort, this herb magickal properties aid good sleep, pop it in a little bag under your pillow, i used an old pillowcase to make my pouch, soon as your head hits the pillows you can feel it working almost like the fumes of this herb hit you like breathing in warm air. back this man at one point i feel in love with him and this took years to go away, to the point i just wanted to sleep to be near him, vivid dreams, i enjoy talking to him feel little guilty for my rested sleep, ii will use mugwort to aid my sleep but will also have some night were i wont as i enjoy his company, he a tall very good looking man in his 40  with grey hair but super fit in looks. i don't know his name or who he is iv just got use to him being their. iv seen him during the day once stood in front of my tv years ago lol i told him he make a great window then ignored him lol time and place to be talking to spirits, the man in my bathroom well he get ignored as he a total creep very rude in a sexual way last thing you need when using the wc mmmm privacy well they don't seam to respect privacy in my opinion. the other spirit doris only spoken once when she scared my daughter but she didn't mean to, very nice lady like her alot. as for what walks down my street now thats scary completely black silhouette of a man that looks like BILL SYKES from oliver twist, hat and everything last time i saw him i watched him he saw me then disappeared behind a car thats the moment when you peg it indoors because you now can't see where he gone, fine when you can see those types its when you can't, recently a spirit had been knocking on my door, if this happens to you don't open the door your let it in.
