Ok, so as many of you know, it is forbidden by my parents to practice witchcraft. Well, we don't see eye-to-eye, nor do we have good relationships. So, I really don't care anymore. So I am thinking of my alter and how I would like it to be set up. First, I will get some wooden boards. I will one into a circle, and two more to act as legs. I am thinking I will paint it black with a red pentagram in the center. I will set a red candle (Symbolizing the horned god) on the left of the table, and a blue one (Symbolizing the Triple Goddess) on the right side (Neither on the complete edge). I will buy a knife to act as my Ath'eme (when I get time and money) and set it at the center, between the two candles. Also, a necklace with a pentacle on it will be laid over the hilt of the knife. There will be four white candles (symbolizing wholeness and purity) on the edges of the table. One facing North, one east, one south and one west. I may draw a Picture of the three phases of the moon and place it behind the blue candle. And maybe a picture of the horned god and place it behind the red candle. There will also be four tall candles of the colors orange, white, blue, and green to represent the four elements positioned around the ath'eme.
Oh, and I think I will go out into the woods and look for a stick that I can turn into a staff or wand. I don't know If I will place that on my alter.
Anyways, what do you think?
