HELP! Need book titles for a 4th grader

As the title shows. I know a fourth grader who's mother is an atheist with quite a few customer that are devote christians (her mother works out of her house). She (the 8 year old) has been having dreams about her dead great Aunt.
I have been trying to find books at her level of reading about spirits and spirit guides with no luck.
