Here we are deep into the Spring season. But, if you're anything like me, then you haven't done any Spring Cleaning yet, have ya? It's time we Hop to It! While we're clearing out our attics, let's look for Crafty Ways to Rummage and Recycle. Afterall, "Repair, Re-fashion and Recycle" should be the watch words of the modern Pagan, right?
But in the midst of all that work, we should take the time to stop and smell the flowers. So we'll talk about "Flower Essence Therapy for Magickal Transformation".
Speaking of Flowers - and all things herbal - this week we take some time to meet The Goddess of Herbalists, Eucalypta Evergreening!
So, you can see that we're continuing our Spring Themes, right? The Acorn is sort of fallish, because that's when the Oak drops them. But nonetheless, they are seeds, and Springtime is the time for all things seeds. So we'll take a look at The Mighty Acorn! Acorns are a token from the God, and the very symbol of Fruitfullness and Bounty.
And we'll also listen to Morganna Davies, with her story, "The Little People and the Hawthorne Tree"
Then, at 60-minutes into the show, we're joined by Dawn Hunt of Cucina Aurora for her monthly Kitchen Witch installment.
I hope you enjoy this week's show!
Some of the music you'll hear on this week's show include Loreena McKennitt: "On a Bright May Morning"; Olvardil Prydwyn:"See Emily Play (Games for May)"; Elvin's Tales: "Since the Dawn of Times"; Lorellei: "Spiritus"; Gerry O'Beirne: "The Holy Ground" and more.
DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY?
Maybe you've composed a new poem and would like to hear it on the radio. If you want to submit audio to The Spiral Dance, send me an email. spiraldance1@ excite.com
