i set up candles then sit in front of them and draw a circle around my self then call on my goddess then light the elements air,fire,water,earth then spirit then i talk to her and ask for her comfort and guidance then close the circle and dismiss the elements spirit,earth,water,fire,then air. then i sit in silence and embrace the warmth and love of my mother goddess of night.
