It has been a while. I felt i should cleanse myself of negitivity first. But, i prefer to be outside under the moonlight casting a circle of protection. Before i moved, i had a pond with a running waterfull in my backyard. I loved it. Hearing it helped me get my energy alligned to where i needed it to be. I almost always have to be outdoors...something about nature and its beauty that just instantly calms me
