That depends on what situation and where I am.

Sometimes that is just to see in my mind the light surronding me and use the power of that to do things.

Sometimes it is to go deep into the forrest and meditate and gather power and thank the nature for the wisdom it shares.

other times I build a circle with lights and perform full ritual with all natures elements involved.

Meditation is a very important tool for me.
