How do you perform your ritual?

There are many rituals for Intention. I have an alter set up with things and elements that inspire me. One of my rituals is that whenever I take something from Nature, a shell or rock etc, I leave an offering of tobacco, but the most common is to thank my food before I eat it, especially the plants since they have Aura and to thank my body for processing the nutrients. I always thank my cooking herbs and any plants when I cut them or prune them.
