lets see, one i've been doing recently that i'm trying to perfect, my friend(who is not wicca,but loves the fact that i am) has been having some bad times(conflit) so i've been helping her, we sit in a semi dark, very quiet room, i have her put her hands on mine and tell her to clear her head, then i channel my energy to try and see her future, it works, but so far i'm only getting bits and peices and not sure how far it is, she is happy i do it, but the down fall is i feel completly wipped after i do *sigh* maybe one of these days i'll be able to tell her more
