How do you perform your ritual?

prepare myself mentally and physically in the days before the ritual. I usually fast the day of the ritual to expand my mind. I then prepare the ritual area by cleansing, usually with sage grass or incense to purify the area.I then perform my rituals depending upon which type. I use my mind mostly to expand or to work into arage and visualize if destruction ritual.After ritual I once again purify area.
