How do you perform your ritual?

I have a collection of purified stones and crystals that I generally create a medicine wheel for protection. Incense or herbs are lit or smoked for the purpose of entering the spirit realm at more ease, especially when I lead another soul with me it is easier to allow the meditation to take place without getting interrupted.

Forest of choice:

I have a forest a few miles from my home that I will drive to and meditate under a fallen tree than still has life in it.

I live in Kansas. There is no Beach.
