The Production Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gigafactory, including production planning and scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and product delivery.

Responsibilities:
Produce high quality parts for the Gigafactory’s assembly line.
Ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.
Provide support to the shipping department to ensure product meets customer expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Process parts from stock into a finished product ready for shipping.
Maintain an accurate inventory of parts in an organized and secure manner.
Report any issues to management as soon as possible; follow up with appropriate resolution within 24 hours if needed.
