The best grimoire is the one that you write for yourself. I think of my grimoire as a list of thing that went right and the things that went BOOOOM. I keep the good and the bad. That is the only way I know what works best for me and what not to do again. The big lesson from it is the symbology that your subconscious can use to manifest your desires. You have big talents. You just have not learned to use them yet. Your path to your star still awaits you. Divination is a two edged sword, you want to know but then you have to wait for it to happen. It is the waiting that is hard (sometimes years). It never looks like the way your mind thinks it should. It is not until it is all over with that you can look back and see what your divination was telling you.
My main Goddesses are Aphrodite and (due to a past life plug in) Athene (a very annoying bleed thru). Diana is alway around to help with my magick and emotions. I do not kneel to or invoke any male gods (thus not allowing me to be a Wiccan). I have a muse that guides me. She is a very wise woman. Her talents are: contolling weather, divination and healing. I believe in the Fates, in fact, I have a status of them.
I love stones! I use them in everyday magick. They are very good magickal energy busters. They are all over my house and my porchs. I use them to set the vibration rate in the different rooms. I use them to anchor the cardinal points of my house. Hug your love ones and tell them you love them.

Looking over this I would say that perception is the thing to keep in mind, only you can see what is or what is not, only you as a person knows what is, because its only you that is the believer or not, no one else can be you or REALLY know what you feel or understand. As for talents, well some have and some do Not!! Besides that covers to much, understanding is the better word!!!

Loved your answer!! I think the basic differents is the polarity of the magick manifesations. Magickians uses more positive polarity (male, Sky Gods and Goddesses, air/fire, linear) and a Witch uses more negitive polarity (female, nature, Earth Gods and Goddesses, water/earth, circular). I was just wondering what favor your manifestions where. Through the years, I have learned that each of us are stronger in different areas of magick. Electic Witchs usually have favorite types of magick that they like but uses others. What is your strongest talent? Mine are Manifestation and Sight. Weakest is healing. You are the first follower of Aradia I have meet. Is her tradition like the Diana tradition? I lean toward that tradition but because most Diana covens in my area are closed to women only. I didn't get to join one. Hug your loved ones. Happiness is found in the ones you hold dear.

I have endeavored to follow this discussion over the last week or so. Linear Chaos, is there a tradition or philosophy or a particular writer you have drawn from that you could refer me to? I have read a little about chaos science, but this is much more.

Thanks to you. You provided enough information for me to identify the modern term Chaos Magick. I now understand the orgin and theories behind what you have been talking about. It is old magick dating back about 3,000 years or so. I don't hang around High Magick Magickians so I was a little slow identifing what you where talking about. I guess I need to call you a Magickian from now on. Well Christine are you a Witch or a Magickian? They are two very different paths.

Soul magick is complicated to work, and due to the Oblivion/Reincarnation factor, Soul magick, is harder to exlpain then other magicks. You'll have to ask someone who actually uses the Soul quotient to answer these questions.

And what do you mean your having an epiphany? Does this mean I told you something that shook your very foundations? Well I'm glad that I helped you, but maybe the other Magi here can help out?

I am seeing a lot of Air/Fire and very little Water/Earth. Does Chaos magick produce stronger emotions to get the magick manifested? Does it create greater results than other magick? How does that unpredictible force of love come in. Does it work faster or slower than other magick? Sorry for all the questions but I am trying to understand the use and what makes it different from just magick. Christine talk to me from your heart and not your mind. Make me feel the love you have for magick. Magick is about emotions and love. That is what makes us different. Love to all
