my grandad and i never really met and now im livin with my gma when we were at her old house in florida i constantly saw an older man standing at my door watching me sleep it gave me goosbumbs...

Apparently I have a musician hanging out in my house. I've got a '66 Fender Strat that is always being strummed. The first time I hear it scared me half to death because it was so loud. All I have to say is if he's gonna play it, he could at least play a song. Lol.

Cassandra if it hasn't gotten in I would try a grid of protective stones and an achoring grid around the property. You may be able to banish it with dragons blood but sage I find leaves a void for the spists to enter. Black salt can stop up entrances. Just be careful not to banish the good with the bad. Cleanse. After it's gone in my opinion.

Merry Meet, I have had alot of activity at my house. But its usual. My mother said whatever it was its been following my family. & the weird part, it only moves on to the female children & then it sort of "chooses" i guess to the next female & sticks to them. Or so my mother has said. The only thing is, it now only bothers my niece & I, & it has slowly stopped with my neice & only has gotten stronger with me. It scares me, & i have no clue what it actually is.

lately my family & i have been having a little something going on. there are 4 ppl who live at my house... & all 4 of us feel someone/something staring at us outside when we're leaving or coming home. we get inside & we feel fine, but once we're outside, where the driveway is, we feel uneasy. my mom has a friend who has a "gift"& he said he felt something out there too. that's it's trying to enter our home, and it's not something nice. my mom & i want to start cleansing with sage & salt... we hope that this "spirit" never enters.

hello...im new here and to wicca and i have had many paranormal activities at my home. My mother is christian and she does not believe me and if she knew i was a wiccan...thered be a huge problem.
Anyway, one night me and my older sister(she was just visiting and is home now she lives with her mother.)were having a go at some simpler rituals before i converted. we were messing with our eye color. she turned hers cotton candy pink and i made mine my favorite shadeof lilac. It was about 3 am and we were the only ones awake and the dogs were in the pets room, which was locked.
My stereo suddenly came on and turned up(it has no remote) i quickly turned it down and we checked to make sure it didnt wake anyone(it hadnt)
We both heard a laugh from my room across the hall and went in to see who it was...no one was up. i brought a sharp kitchen knife and my sister had one too. we saw no one in my room. when we turned on the light, there was ann odd shadow in the corner. My sister stepped in front of me(she was familiar with ghosts)She asked what it wanted, and it disappeared.
we heard an odd scratching and looked to see HEllo carved in wy wall above my desk where our magic instruments were set. I have seen the shadow many times. I do not feel threatened, but it is eerrie at times when im alone. no one believes me except my close friend. any ideas?

To begin with, you are much more powerful than a ghost. Sure, ghosts can do weird things with electricity. But you can do a thousand things a ghost can't do. You can make love, have a baby, use a computer and telephone, mend things, sew, work with wood, speak, and dress yourself. You can dance, sing, drink wine, ride a horse, and so on.
Many ghosts are simply stuck and may not even know they're dead yet. The ancient lore says that iron binds and controls spirits. If you don't have an athame, use a dagger or a big knife. Point it at the ghost and yell, "Get the ff*ck out! This is my home, not yours. You are dead, I am alive. I command you to leave!"
I've found this works very well.

Hi Ashfox, no I don't think you're a nut. I believe those close to us will communicate. My kids and I have had experiences with family members who have passed away. My older son and his fiance saw my youngest son after he had passed away, we've had some experiences here, at my son's home and at my ex's home. Both my daughter and son saw my grandma after she had passed away. She came into their bedrooms and sat on the their beds with them. So yes, I believe you!!
