I wanted to update everything. My mom is doing better. She'll never be able to go back to work but that's alright. She's at a nursing home for a short time but she'll be home soon. My classes and most of my social life have taken a back seat to take care of her or at least help her. I thought you'd all like that update and thank you all for the healing energy

We've taken a few step forwards only to take a few steps back. This is her third time in ICU. I even had to make the choice to put her on dialysis temporarily. That wasn't an easy choice. I'm practically living at the hospital only coming home to sleep, change clothes, eat and check on my dog and cat. Otherwise until she started to spend a good amount of time sleeping again now I'm making just short visits there. So please keep sending that energy her way. She was doing so well an was schedule to be home Thursday only to have a set back. Now we're more clueless then we were before. I honestly hate seeing her the way she is now. Yes I have my family and siblings for support and they're telling me no matter what to move forward but they don't get it. I'll have to put schooling on hold and such if she ends up needing care all the time. I'm the one that the responsibility will fall to because I'm close to her. Its not something I want to think about but I have been. My siblings can so easily shut it all away and do other things but I'm the one that in the end has to deal with it all. I have to explain to her why I made the choices I did. I was just getting my mom back only to seem to feel like I'm losing her again. And I'm so afraid. So please please please keep praying for her. She needs it. She seems to have responded to the priest from her church earlier today maybe so more faith based help for any faith would help her improve and she'll be back to herself again. I do find it odd that this all happened on the full moon. Not that I'm reading anything into it. I just find it odd.

Thank you. She's still in ICU but breathing on her own and she's responsive. They have her sedated because she was trying to get out of bed. She has pneumonia that as compounded by the chemical fumes at work.

I don't know how to really being this. I'm not normally one to ask those of my faith for prayers but my mother needs them right now. She is currently in ICU after having a respiratory attack Wednesday morning and we're not sure what caused it or what the actual diagnosis is at the moment. All I know is anyone in the community willing to send out healing energy and prayers her way I'd be forever grateful. She has been my rock and my pillar of strength when I need her. She always prayers for those that need it and now she needs it. So if you can help thank you.

My husband and I live around the Omaha area, out in the county.  We are celebrating Imbolc. The rest of our coven is in Missouri (5 hours away) and we are going to be driving back there for Imbolc. We are fortunate to be able to but hope to find new friends here in Nebraska to get together with. We have been in Nebraska for 2 1/2 years now.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the Welcome. Do you all celebrate Imbolc? I do and I'm so excited.
I'm hoping the weather stays like it has been. minuse the snow we just had.
So may I ask what part of Nebraska do you live. I'm from GI.
