its somewhat hard to explain some cards have meanings in spells and some spells require a few cards like the wheel and the hermit they are used as a tool they dont get burnt or smudged or boiled !!! if you know what i mean. They help seal the spell or make the spell.

Nick how do you use the cards in a spell? I can understand using them in a tarot circle or on the quarters to clearify what spell to perform. I have seen this performed before. I think this is a good way to identify the root of the spell that is needed.

thats okay sam to my knowledge the quartz will only clear and power up and spell and dowsing the others will help in differnet areas like healing and things. there are so many to chose from its pretty much the same as the cards some of them you can put some personal things in like a hair or a script these help in finding someone. but they also need training and your personal touch.

Nick, I have been thinking about your pendulums. Some of them are made from different stones than is common here. In years past, I first learned the vibration rates of many stones from UK based information. Which served me very good for many years. I use a solid brass pendulum that was made by a coven memeber many years ago. When I was in a coven. I would like your thoughts on how the different pendulum material have on the outcome of the readings. Example: would a Quartz have a different reading than an Amethyst. I guess we need to break this talk down into divination and dowsing. I am not good at dowsing maybe I am using wrong type of pendulum. Thanks for being my friend. We will have many great talks and tells to share.

I only use mine for divination and attitude adjustment. Sometime my ego get a little to big and the cards have to set me straight. I have very good luck with divination. I am enterested in how you would use them in spells. This is a new area that I have not tried. I love my cards and they love me but I don't think I will try sex magick with them.

thanks sam. its nice to get some good feedback. i try my best not to force a reading out of my cards but sometimes they just want to be charged so in a sense playing with the cards helps put you on your cards. iI sometimes use some cards in spells too.

If the cards are talking to you before you use them. You are far more advanced than you give yourself credit. I do know what you mean. I only do readings, when I am called by them. I never force a reading. The cards don't like that. The decks set themself up for what is to be known. Glad to hear your shop is doing great. Good luck!!!
