Astral Projection

So here's a dream that I had.....
I was dreaming a normal dream and it converged with another. In this dream I astral projected to a friend's house and said hi to her and her kids. I tried to explain to her husband why I was there but I was trying to explain a dream I had had previous. He blew some gray dust in my face and I flew back to my body almost instantly and had a dream about waking up and that's when I woke up for real.
Suffice it to say I immediately called my friend.

wow. that sounds like one of my puzzle dreams there. did you figure that out?

It might have been partly a movie I had seen but it felt too real. I don't know I'm open to suggestions

maybe you astral projected to them b/c you were seeking guidance on something (which is possibly the dream you were telling them about in your dream) After you explained it to him, he sent you to wake up...so maybe that is the answer. ;)
