Merry meet all,
I've been absent from this site and group and from our Goddess for a while now and have recently gone through some hard times and am hoping to get closer to our Goddess again. I hope you all are well!

Hey Floyda Lynch, whenever I have trouble connecting with the Goddess, I sit or stand outside for awhile at night. Look up at the moon no matter the phase, breathe in the night air, listen to everything around you, feel the air on your skin. With each breath you breathe imagine you are breathing on the light of the moon, imagine your body filling with the Goddess' light. You may even want to light some white candles and do this. If you don't want to go outside you can take a bath or shower-- in the bath light a candle-- stare into the candle and let yourself relax, think about all the parts of the Goddess that reside within you--focus on these and let the warmth of it fill you. When you get out go on over to the mirror and look at yourself-- Touch your forehead-- she has given you sight to see her, touch your lips, she has given you lips to speak her words, touch your heart-- she has given you the heart to feel her words-- remember she is there in all of these things. In the shower stand there let the water come down on your head-- imagine the water is her warmth covering you-- let it cover you-- imagine as the water runs down that it is taking stress, and negativity with it, only leaving the light of the goddess. These are some things you can try :)
