THE WHITE GODDESS by Robert Graves hard reading but amazing once you merge into the book and finally put it all together its quite hard to get the original edition books alot were edited and rewritten in a fashion to suit others who were against alot of things he wrote i have a copy which his family had specially republished the way he had originally written it after his death. He spent nearly all his life researching and writing and out of all the poets projects he worked on the white goddess took up alot of yrs and he put his heart and soul into writing the book it more or less consumed him and he was looked down on sceptically by alot of lets say not very open minded people i recommend this book to all druids and pagans who like their celtic history and the ogham alphabet

Oh and I forgot to ask... for those of you mentioning books or authors, it'd be cool if you give some more info... in case others aren't familiar with them. I should do the same, lol! Will do!
Merry Meet all! I'm currently reading Earth, Water, Fire and Air by Cait Johnson. Its a lovely book full of insight, meditations and poetry. I'm also reading Chakras For Beginners by David Pond. They are so inviting, its hard to decide which one to pick to read. :-/

Witchcraft Theory and Practice, by Ly De Angeles is a fantastic book for anyone no matter their skill level. For more practiced practitioners it is a great read into the theory of witchcraft. And for those of you that are new to the path this is a great book that goes a step beyond your average 101 book; without going too in depth.
I LOVE Ellen Dugan! i actually meet her and she was so nice and easy to talk to. and shes as funny as she is in her books! I also meet M.R. Sellars and Dorothy Morrison. M.R. Sellars- Rowan Gant Investigations are good- they are fiction about a wiccan who helps solve occult related murders. And ALL of Ellen Dugan books are good. I really like Tarot magic by Dorothy Morrison. It is not just your typical tarot book- she introduces so many things you can do with your tarot deck.
Right now I've got a few good books going, some I prefer over others... If you look above in the 'discussion forum' you can see the titles and we can discuss the books there or here... whatever works!
Here are the titles also:
- Blavatsky and the Theosophical Movement by Charles J. Ryan
- Witching Culture by Sabina Magliocco
- Magic and the Power of the Goddess by Gareth Knight
