I believe when some say "The Lord and Lady" they aren't referring to the Christian God. That's why I was wondering about the meaning in the above writing.
Wait, Lord can mean Mary? That doesn't make sense O_o
The scriptures don't give any credence to the idea of Mary being divine. She also isn't a virgin, since it says that Jesus had siblings and I doubt that she adopted.
Referring to Jesus makes sense because of the trinity concept.
But mainly when I hear "Lord" on a neopagan site I don't expect it means a Judeo-Christian God :P But that's probably just my prejudice. I've heard a fair amount of neopagans who say they mix pagan ideas with neo-christian concepts.
