spirits
im 21 and i use to see spirits a lil bit but now since my dad died 4 yrs ago ive been seeing them all the time ive tryed to block them out... but ive been thinking should i let them keep coming to me??? maybe they have an important message???? feel free to tell me ur advice!!!

Blessings. I think if it were me, if I were comfortable enough with it, I would let them come to you and see. If you do not feel comfortable or you feel they are ill intentioned, burn some sage all around the inside of your house. You can also take sea salt and make a Clockwise circle around your house for extra protection.

I was like that too. I wanted to block my gifts. I didn't want to be able to see, hear and sense things. But I now know that these spirits need our help in some way.
Some spirits want or feel the need to seek help. They either need to do some unfinished business or be put to rest and need to be guided to move on. Then there are the dark spirits. They probably don't want to move on and they just want to harm the living. It's like Ffawn said, when you feel uncomfortable and uneasy... burn sage. Don't be afraid of your gift, it is now a part of you.

don't fight it, let them come if you don't feel they are there to harm you then let them tell you what they want, do put a protective bubble around you, I do this by imagining it all around me...until I actually see it...
