Discrimination

I have never dealt with this problem before! what does a person do when they encounter discrimination at work? What counts as discrimination, how can one prove it, and what can be done about it?

I can't help you with this, but listen to DragonKnight, he is WAY more experienced and more knowledgeable then I am. He is older then me, but he did see a lot of things in his life and better prepared for this kind of thing.

also, you could just inform your boss, or manager and ask him to keep an eye on the situation. if your boss is a good guy then he'll help you out.
