I've become close to somebody who has told me he was interested in Druidism. Naturally, I'm quite curious about what it is. I'm willing to learn from the basics. Oh, and I'm also curious about resources regarding Odinism and Runes. Thank you!
Good luck with that! I'm interested in learning about Druidism as well. So far I've only gotten around to reading the Wikipedia entry and a few other sites. What I did learn was about Ogma, god of language, eloquence and music. Also there is a Druid's prayer, it's quite nice.
Druid's Prayer
Grant, God, thy refuge;
and in refuge, strength;
and in strength, understanding;
and in understanding, knowledge;
and from knowledge, knowledge of what is right;
and from knowledge of what is right, the love of it;
and from loving, the love of God.
God and all goodness.
Copy pasted text about Ogma (I didn't write this)
Ogma, the God of Wisdom, Eloquence and Language, was known as the "Sun Faced" One. He was generaly portrayed as an old man dressed in a lion skin. From his tongue hung fine gold chains attached to the ears of his eager followers. He invented the Oghams and was also a great Warrior. Sometimes associated with the Greek Herakles, he is also the Irish God of music, spells and arts.
I hope this helps a bit, because I still know very little myself. I'd appreciate it very much as well if more people posted in this thread.
I would start with http://mithrilstar.org/ or just click on the OMS icon on my profile. It takes a little looking to find out just how deep that site is in terms stored content. It is oriented for Reformed Druids but has plenty of other pointers.
