another dream
So I was dreaming last night, and something strange happened. I dreamt of a creature pale as a ghost with eyes as red as blood, i also felt that it was searching for something (and it didn't have the best intentions) because it was looking back and forth. Every time it looked my way i avoided its gaze because i knew that if I looked it in the eyes it would find me. But after a while I woke up with nothing wrong except for the sneaking suspicion that I was still being looked for (sent a chill down my spine). Am I going nuts or is there something to this?

Journaling it's always good for dreams like these. Were there any other details to the dream? When I am dreading a dream that I feel is waiting for me I go to bed with a specific protective stone in my palm. I hold it while I drift off rubbing it lightly with my fingers. It's soothing and the stone helps deflect negative energy. Sometimes if the dream it's getting too much for me the stone wakes me up by falling out of my hand or poking me. Once I wake up I grasp the stone again and I feel comforted by it. I don't know if this is a universal treatment but you might try it.
